My therapeutic approach with individuals is comprehensive and holistic. Meaning, I consider all relevant factors and aspects of an individual’s life and well-being. I aim to address the complexity and interconnectedness of various factors and dimensions that may contribute to a person’s current symptoms and challenges.

After a thorough assessment of the individual’s physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual well-being, we will collaboratively create a treatment plan that addresses the individual’s unique needs, preferences, and goals. Generally, I use an integrative therapy approach by combining elements and techniques from different therapeutic modalities. I draw upon various theories, methods, and interventions to create a customized and flexible approach tailored to the unique needs of the individual client.
Collaboration with Medical and Health/Wellness Professionals
I recognize that therapy is not limited to individual sessions but can extend to include other forms of support. This may involve collaborating with other healthcare professionals, such as medical doctors, psychiatrists, or nutritionists, to provide a holistic and coordinated approach to treatment.
Positioning for Long-term Success and Well-being
It may also involve an individual completing assignments or exercises outside of session in support of their treatment goals. My ultimate goal for individuals is that they have acquired new knowledge and developed strategies and skills that they can use beyond the treatment setting to maintain and enhance their mental health, overall quality of life, and long-term well-being.
